I have had the opportunity to work with Dave on a number of transactions, and I can confidently say he is one of the hardest working realtors I have ever known. His knowledge of the marketplace combined with his relentless work ethic and experience make him my go to realtor of choice. My husband and I met Dave a few years ago at an open house we visited while on vacation in the Hampton Bays. Even though we did not purchase one of the town homes he was brokering, he has kept in touch every year with new sales or rentals available.
